Surrogate Court Summer 2025 Night Court Schedule

Surrogate Judge Zoila Cassanova, Esq. is pleased to announce the Night Court schedule for Summer 2025. The Passaic County Surrogate Court will process estates business such as wills, trusts, and administrations, by appointment only. 

Appointments must be made online on our website at www.passaiccountysurrogate.org.
