Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.) Program

FEELING S.A.D.? Join us for an educational program about Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.) hosted by the Public Health Committee on Thursday, March 13th at 10AM at the Civic Center, 19 Warren Street.

The Little Falls Public Health Committee will be offering an educational program to all residents about Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.). It will be hosted by Dr. JoAnn Giesenhaus of Core Chiropractic, located in Little Falls. In addition to the lecture, Dr, Giesenhaus will demonstrate exercises and a 10 minute guided meditation to help combat the symptoms.
