Free Heart Health Screening

The Clifton Health Department and Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center present a FREE Heart Health Screening on Wednesday, February 26th from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at Clifton City Hall, 900 Clifton Ave., 2nd floor, Clifton, NJ 07013.

Screening includes: Blood pressure, Glucose and Cholesterol. This clinic is open to all Clifton and Little Falls residents.
