The Clifton Health Department is hosting a Free Community Outreach session, iincluding but not limited to information, education and referrals, on Friday, December 20th from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the City of Clifton Satellite Office, 207 Parker Ave., Clifton. NO APPOINTMENT OR INSURANCE NEEDED — Outreach includes education, referrals, support and follow up for individuals and their families
Services will include:
- Substance use & misuse education
- Narcan distribution and training
- Resources & referrals
- Screening and follow up
