Your identity is not required, however, may be helpful in the event of follow-up questions.

Ways to file a complaint:

• In-person: Respond to Little Falls Police Department Headquarters and advise you wish to file an internal affairs complaint.

• Phone: Contact 973-256-0200 and advise you wish to file an internal affairs complaint.

• E-mail: Complete the Internal Affairs Complaint form (located below) and attach it in an email to INTERNALAFFAIRS@LITTLEFALLSPD.ORG

• Mail: Complete the Internal Affairs Complaint form (located below) and mail or drop off to Little Falls Police Department Attn: Internal Affairs, 225 Main Street, Little Falls, NJ 07424.
