The Apartments will be ready to move into at the end of August or beginning of September. They can also be furnished with all new furniture.

Building: 3 stories with onsite parking and yard / patio for children to play. Comes with all appliances and washer/dryers in the units with forced air and cooling air. 

Income level:  Very low to low 

Disabled: Yes

Veteran: Yes

Initial Documents: DD 214 and VA disability or a disability letter from a medical professional

Rent: A portion is paid by the tenant and the other portion paid by the state based on the tenants income.

Handicap Accessible: First floor units only have handicap accessible features
