TAKE NOTICE the Little Falls Township Council has introduced Ordinance No. 1547, at a meeting held on July 13, 2026 entitled:
“AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LITTLE FALLS, IN THE COUNTY OF PASSAIC, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING CHAPTER 71, FEES (BUILDING DEPARTMENT FEES)”

The purpose of the ordinance is to amend Building Department fees. Copies of this ordinance are available at no charge to any member of the public at the Office of the Municipal Clerk, 225 Main Street, Little Falls, NJ 07424, Monday – Friday during regular business hours. A Second Reading and Public Hearing on this ordinance is scheduled for July 27, 2026 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building located at 225 Main Street, Little Falls, NJ 07424
