TOWNSHIP OF LITTLE FALLS, PASSAIC COUNTY
LEGAL NOTICES 2026
NOTICE: Pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 2025, c.72, all legal notices required by law for the Township of Little Falls, including notices from the Township Council, Planning Board, and all other boards and committees, will be published on the Township’s official website starting March 1, 2026. The complete text of each legal notice will be available free of charge at https://littlefallsnj.gov/
Notices will continue to be published in the Township’s designated newspapers accordingly and as required under the Open Public Meetings Act N.J.S.A. 10:4-5-21 until March 1, 2026, after which, publication on the Township of Little Falls’ website will serve as the primary posting mechanism. This notice will continue to be published twice a month beginning January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Beginning March 1, 2026, the Township of Little Falls will transition fully to electronic publication of all future legal notices as authorized under the statute. The New Jersey Secretary of State shall establish and maintain a legal notice hyperlinks internet webpage by March 1, 2026 and the link will be available on the public notices page once provided by the state.
